Florida · Transfers, private transport and long distance

Waiting when
the flight lands.

A transfer is judged on one thing: whether someone is there when you walk out. We track the actual arrival time rather than the scheduled one, and we build in the wait so nobody stands outside with luggage.

How we work

Registered, insured, and happy to prove it

Koach Florida III LLC is a limited liability company registered to do business in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.

Passenger transport is regulated, and you're entitled to the paperwork before you book. Operating authority and USDOT numbers appear on our quotations, insurance certificates and driver licensing are available on request, and vehicles are inspected and maintained on schedule. We also won't promise a journey time we don't control — traffic and weather decide that, and we plan with margin instead of optimism.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor the actual arrival time, not the schedule. Waiting time is stated on the quotation so you know exactly how it's handled.

How do you price a transfer?

Vehicle, mileage, hours, waiting time and any tolls, itemized in writing. Nothing appears later that wasn't quoted.

Can I see your insurance and authority?

Yes, before you book. USDOT and operating authority numbers are on the quotation and certificates are provided on request.

Do you handle large groups and luggage?

Tell us passengers and bags and we'll size the vehicle properly. Luggage is the thing most often underestimated on transfers.

Do you travel outside Florida?

For long-distance and multi-day trips, yes, planned around lawful driver hours with breaks and overnights built into the quote.

Do you book flights or hotels?

No. We're a transportation company, not a travel agency — we move people, and that's all we sell.

Need a transfer or a day of travel?

Send the flight details and the destination. A written quote, free, within one business day.
